module3: autonomic nervous system

A deep dive into understanding our autonomic nervous system. Discuss the two branches or energies that compose our nervous system, why each of them are important and what they govern. How the nervous system has a huge impact over our mind, our sleep, our digestion and so much more. Learn how we all use chemicals to try to control our nervous system and how we may be able to lessen our dependance on external sources by regulating our breathing patterns. Investigate the five major pranas of the body and the nadi channels that the pranas flow through.

We will also learn and practice some breath techniques that will help manage our nervous system to either stimulate, balance or ease our energy.
