module 4: breathe to a better you

We gain insight on how evolution and changes to our diet have gradually contributed to breathing issues. Receive knowledge on how we can enhance our athletic performance and increase our stamina with some focused breath work. Learn how our breath can play an important role in maintaining a healthy sex life.

We will also learn and practice some breath techniques that will help manage our nervous system to either stimulate, balance or ease our energy.
