Module 1: Mouth vs. Nasal Breathing

In this workshop we will discuss in detail why our bodies were designed for us to breathe through the nose. Habitual mouth breathing is incredibly hazardous to our health; but why? Discover how by simply shifting our breathing habits and focus our breath through the nose we can mitigate a host of heath issues that are all too common.

We will also learn and practice some breath techniques that will help manage our nervous system to either stimulate, balance or ease our energy.
